We are the unpaid extras from "Spring Break '83". We are tired of the excuses. We just want to be paid.
IMPORTANT NEWS
UNPAID EXTRAS: As this is a clear cut case for unpaid wages, we are proceeding with legal action. Big Sky Motion Pictures has not responded to the certified letter we sent on 2/22/08 asking for immediate payment. Please see the 2/27 post for more information and to get involved.
Also if you are asked to sign a new release form, please consult a lawyer. One lawyer has stated that the new release forms use language which suggests that we have already been paid. He warns that signing it may release the company from having to pay you, ever. See the 2/14 post for more details.
POTENTIAL INVESTORS: It has come to our attention that Big Sky Motion Pictures is still actively seeking investors for "Spring Break '83". Please beware and do your research. Remember, no investment is a "sure thing".
